After returning to the lab in <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/seretos\/\">Seretos<\/a>, you choose between chasing the pirates who fled and staying to save the scientists. It starts at warp 1 after <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/echoes-of-the-mind\/\">Echoes of the Mind<\/a> and needs warp 255. Both paths pay 41,250,000 Dilithium; one adds 150 15 Hour Speed Ups, the other five 1B <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"22936\">Parsteel<\/a> Tokens. The negative Romulan Points are a reputation cost explained on the <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/fraktionsruf\/\">Fraktionsruf<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Which_path_to_pick\"><\/span>Which path to pick<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The pursuit path has one more travel step but costs nothing beyond the fight. Saving the scientists is shorter and pays 5 billion Parsteel in tokens, but it asks for 200M Tritanium to repair life support.<\/p>\n<p>If Tritanium is tight, pursue the pirates and take the speed ups. If you have Tritanium to spare and need Parsteel for upgrades, save the scientists.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Check your Tritanium before you choose. The 200M repair is the largest single cost on either path, and the save-the-scientists branch cannot finish without it.<\/p>\n<p>The next mission, Brain and Brawn, has a harder fight with Lazna at around 19.6 million strength plus 14 hostiles, so the extra speed ups from the pursuit path can help there.
