The Reman Hunger is a level 64 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which Lord Vrellok of the Reman Initiative sends you to take Streenga from the Independents who live there. It is picked up in Grida-7 and needs warp 1,200 to start and to complete. After a fight with Captain Carlton, about 4.19 billion strength, you decide whether to hand the system to the Remans or let the Independents keep it. Both paths pay 240,000 of a raw \u03a3 resource and a large Romulan reputation gain.<\/p>\n
Three objectives come before the choice:<\/p>\n
Vrellok asks whether the Initiative should settle for the space the Romulan Senate gave it. Streenga has habitable planets and only some Independent mercenaries in the way. Their leader, Captain Carlton, says your reputation made it easier for Independents to get a foothold out here, and accuses you of selling out to Romulus. He will not give up neutral<\/a> space without a fight.<\/p>\n After the fight you round up his escape pods so no one dies. Carlton points out that you used to be one of them, and suggests you tell the Remans the system is not worth the trouble. Maia asks how you will proceed.<\/p>\n Rewards: 80,000 6\u2605 Raw Gas<\/a>, 240,000 Raw \u03a3-Parsteel<\/a>, plus the Romulan Credits and reputation below.<\/p>\n Rewards: 1,500 Trait XP, 240,000 Raw \u03a3-Tritanium<\/a>, plus the Romulan Credits and reputation below.<\/p>\n If you hand the system over, Carlton vows to fight when the Remans arrive. Either way, Vrellok barely listens to your report; his attention has moved to preparing Turx’s troops to defend Reman space.<\/p>\n The mission is picked up in Grida-7, where it ends, and the fight is in Streenga.
