It is picked up in Goviscia and needs warp 3,000 to start and to complete, moving between the Council in Alvolea and a troubled world in Zadastra. There is one fight, against the Surgewalkers at about 19 trillion strength, and no donation. The reward is 91,000 \u03a3-<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"22439\">Tritanium<\/a>, 80 15 Minute \u03a3-Repair Speed Ups and 900 \u03a3-Federation Credits. It is a quick Federation mission with a small payout.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Refuge_objectives\"><\/span>Refuge objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are six objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring the Thallorans to the Council. Location: Alvolea.<\/li>\n<li>Proceed to Zadastra. Location: Zadastra.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat the Surgewalkers. Location: Zadastra (enemy strength about 18.6 trillion).<\/li>\n<li>Deliver supplies. Location: Zadastra.<\/li>\n<li>Decontaminate. Location: Zadastra.<\/li>\n<li>Return to the Council. Location: Alvolea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You take the Thallorans to the Forsaken Council in Alvolea first. The work then moves to Zadastra, where the Surgewalkers have to be cleared before you can deliver supplies and decontaminate. The mission ends back with the Council.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The pickup system is Goviscia. Refuge pays the least of the group, and Lost Comms pays the most credits for the same single fight, plus a 40K \u03a3-<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"22443\">Dilithium<\/a> donation.<\/p>\n<p>At 91,000, the \u03a3-Tritanium is the smallest \u03a3 resource payout of any level 74 mission that pays one. Zadastra, where the Surgewalkers are, is also the pickup for Stalemate, the level 74 Romulan mission.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Surgewalkers are a typical level 74 fight. With repair speed ups in the reward, you can go straight into the next mission afterwards.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/filling-a-vacuum\/\">Filling A Vacuum<\/a> also picks up in Goviscia at this level, but it pays Klingon Points, so check which side you are building before you take both.<\/p>\n<p>Reputation moves toward the Federation and costs 22.8 billion Klingon Points.
