While you escort Degar, leader of the Goraxi, a Goraxi installation is blown apart, and you have to decide who did it: the Klingons, Starfleet&#8217;s <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/section-31-officer-group\/\"   title=\"Gruppe der Section 31-Beauftragten\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"21837\">Section 31<\/a> or the Tal Shiar. It needs warp 1250 to start and to complete, splits three ways with one fight on each path, and pays 505,000 of a raw \u03a3-resource, a 6\u2605 material and Romulan reputation.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Immobilization_objectives\"><\/span>Immobilization objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Two steps come before the split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet with the Goraxi in izar. Location: izar.<\/li>\n<li>Rescue the installation. Location: Xaxan.<\/li>\n<li>Who do you think is responsible for destroying the outpost? (choice split)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Degar wants to see your ship in action and joins you to check reports of <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/klingonisch\/\"   title=\"Klingonenfraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"23743\">Klingonisch<\/a> scouts near the new Goraxi colony in izar. Moxx greets you there, but a priority call from Alenor cuts in: the installation has been destroyed and its research lost, apparently timed for when you were away. Back in Xaxan, Alenor describes an energy surge and a chain reaction that tore half the building apart. Degar tells you the Goraxi call you the Ormiin, their chosen champion, and asks who you think is to blame.<\/p>\n<h3>Klingon Spies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel to Klingon territory. The Hegh&#8217;Ta is listed at about 4.5 billion strength, the USS Minnesota at about 4.7 billion and the Corvus at about 4.7 billion. Degar admits he can never be sure the target was really guilty. Back at Xaxan, he calls the loss a delay and promises the Goraxi will recover.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Immobilization is picked up in Xaxan, starts with a visit to izar, and returns to Xaxan. The fight is in Tel&#8217;Droht, Solas Astra or Cualonor, depending on your answer.
