It needs warp 1500 to start and to complete, asks for a 30M Dilithium tribute, and pays 504,000 6\u2605 Raw Ore, 600 6\u2605 Common Refined <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/gas\/\"   title=\"Rohgas\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"21617\">Gas<\/a> and Federation reputation. It has the biggest resource payout of the Olgon-9298 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/missionsleitfaden\/\"   title=\"Star Trek Fleet Command Dienstreisen\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"21618\">Missionen<\/a>, and the steepest entry cost.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Circumlocution_objectives\"><\/span>Circumlocution objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are six objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet with representatives of the Circle. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/bajor\/\">Bajor<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Offer 30M Dilithium in tribute to the Circle.<\/li>\n<li>Action the Circle&#8217;s request. Location: Nisa.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat 12 hostiles of level 68 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat Keyo Dalz. Location: Nisa.<\/li>\n<li>Attend the debriefing with Major Kira onboard <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/im-weltraum\/\">Der Weltraum<\/a> Nine. Location: Bajor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kira has arranged a meeting with Keyo Dalz, the Circle&#8217;s overseer of admissions, who believes you want to join. Keyo asks for 30M <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\">Dilithium<\/a> as a tithe, then has you escort him to Nisa for what he calls a welcome.<\/p>\n<p>The welcome is a trap. Keyo transports to a nearby ship and says he saw through your cover from the start. Hostile ships move in, which is the 12-hostile objective, and Keyo&#8217;s own ship follows at about 11.3 billion strength. His vessel is destroyed with no survivors, so you return to Deep Space Nine with no intel. Kira concludes that someone told the Circle about the plan and that her network on Bajor is compromised.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Circumlocution is picked up in Olgon-9298 and needs warp 1500 to start and to complete. The route runs to Bajor, then to Nisa for the fighting, then back to Bajor. The tribute is the second objective, so the mission stalls right after the Bajor meeting if you cannot pay.<\/p>\n<p>The 12 hostiles have no fixed system in the objective, but the story places the ambush at Nisa. Any hostiles of level 68 or higher count, and Keyo Dalz is the fight after them, so keep enough health for one more battle.<\/p>\n<p>The reputation swing matches the other Federation missions here: 202 million Federation Points in, about 494 million Klingon Points and 110 million Romulan Points out.
