You work with a scientist to free the trapped minds of the Klingon scientists, then return to the cloud at <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tughli-wov\/\">tugh&#8217;lI wov<\/a> to disable a Klingon vessel. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 320 to complete. The reward is 150 15 Hour Speed Ups and 10,500,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"21468\">Dilithium<\/a>, plus Klingon standing.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hail_the_Glow_Cloud_II_objectives\"><\/span>Hail the Glow Cloud II objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line is to free the trapped minds of the Klingon scientists. There are four objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet with a scientist. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/cypha\/\">Cypha<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Examine the cloud&#8217;s remains. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/belleu\/\">Bell&#8217;eu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Return to the cloud. Location: tugh&#8217;lI wov.<\/li>\n<li>Disable the Klingon vessel. Location: tugh&#8217;lI wov. Enemy strength around 33.7 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first three steps are travel. The one fight is at the end, back at the cloud where Part I took place.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There is no pickup system. The mission becomes available at warp 1 after Hail the Glow Cloud I, and warp 320 covers Cypha, Bell&#8217;eu and tugh&#8217;lI wov.<\/p>\n<p>The game lists a recommended level of 1. Part I is picked up in <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kurthan\/\">Kur&#8217;than<\/a>; Part II needs less warp and has a single fight.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you chose to free the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/klingonisch\/\"   title=\"Klingonenfraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"21467\">Klingonen<\/a> in Part I, the 10,500,000 Dilithium here pays back about a quarter of the 40M you spent.<\/p>\n<p>Keep your combat ship for the last step only.
