Never Let the Truth Get in the Way of a Good Story is a level 62 Federation mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. A Red Squad training exercise near Triga V is ambushed by Klingons, and one cadet, Ammi of the Bajoran Initiative, is taken. You pick it up in Triga-5, need warp 1,000 to start and to finish, and fight twice before bringing her home. The reward is 1,080,000,000 Dilithium, 208,000 Raw \u03a3-Dilithium and 3,600 Federation Credits.<\/p>\n
There are six objectives across three systems, with no choice split:<\/p>\n
Admiral Gomar calls for help as the cadets’ ship is attacked. The Klingons beam crew off the ship and escape behind a masked warp trail, so while Gomar’s outpost searches for them you carry the wounded cadets to New Bombay. There Admiral O’Connor tells you the Klingons may have wanted Ammi for information about Bajor, and that their ship has been traced to Qorfit. Mkurmak brags about his prisoner and then attacks. With his ship crippled, you beam Ammi aboard and take her back to Triga V, where Gomar promises to look into the Klingonisch<\/a> interest in Bajor.<\/p>\n The mission is picked up in Triga-5, where the first fight and the final hand-in both happen.
