Shady Business is a level 62 Romulan mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which a Starfleet ship attacks a new Reman settlement in Ja’lana. You pick it up in Ja’lana and need warp 1,000 to start and to finish. There are two fights, a 2,000 Progenitor Alloy bribe, and a report to Romulan leadership in Tir Morta. The reward is 1,128,000,000 Tritanium and 415,000 Raw \u03a3-Parsteel, plus Romulan Credits and faction points. Have the Progenitor Alloy ready before you start.<\/p>\n
A Reman ally greets you as the USS Hermes circles the settlement and fires on it. There are four objectives in order, with no choice split:<\/p>\n
Once the Hermes is beaten, Captain Davies turns out to care little about Remans or Romulans. He is looking for something to fund a comfortable retirement on Risa, and he offers to erase his logs and keep the colony secret in exchange for 2,000 Progenitor Alloy. Paying him is the second objective.<\/p>\n
Right after the deal, a Suliban ship arrives with disruptors firing, apparently hoping to plunder the new settlement. After you drive it off, the Suliban captain backs down, and your officer points out that the Suliban, allies of Romulus, seem unaware of the Reman Initiative. You take that news to Vrellok and the Romulan leadership in Tir Morta, who decide to bring the Suliban and the Corvallen into the loop.<\/p>\n
The mission is picked up in Ja’lana and needs warp 1,000 to start and to complete. Both fights happen in Ja’lana, and the only other system is Tir Morta for the hand-in. The recommended level is 62.<\/p>\n
