You pick it up in Morta-640 and need warp 1,550 to start and to complete. The errand turns into a poisoning plot with two named fights and five hostile kills. The reward is 1,151,000 Raw \u03a3-Dilithium, 38,000 \u03a3-<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"20949\">Parsteel<\/a> and 3,900 Romulan Credits.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Low_Spirits_objectives\"><\/span>Low Spirits objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Vrurrux is hosting important guests and wants a batch of vintage Pratorean Romulan Ale from his usual supplier. The couriers are late, so he asks you to find out why. There is no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interrogate Dajona, the Romulan ale supplier, in Vulin.<\/li>\n<li>Interrogate the senator&#8217;s assistant in Morta-640.<\/li>\n<li>Destroy an agent&#8217;s ship in Morta-640 (enemy strength ~13,443,414,782).<\/li>\n<li>Recover the Romulan Ale shipment in Pteria-212.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the Romulan Ale to Vrurrux in Morta-640.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat 5 hostiles of level 69 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat Nibath in Morta-640 (enemy strength ~18,655,441,716).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dajona says the order came from Nibath, the senator&#8217;s assistant, who had the couriers stop at a toxicology lab first. When you reach the residence, a ship Maia suspects is <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tal\/\"   title=\"Offizier Tal\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"20953\">Tal<\/a> Shiar is leaving, and Nibath begs you to destroy it. You collect the ale from the damaged courier ship and deliver it yourself. At the reception Vrurrux drinks it and collapses, and Nibath blames you. Maia beams the senator aboard for treatment while the agents open fire. Once he recovers, Vrurrux names Nibath as the poisoner and orders you to destroy his warbird. Afterwards the senator admits he set the whole thing up to give himself a reason to go after Nibath.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The pickup is Morta-640, which is also where most of the action happens. Side trips take you to Vulin for the supplier and Pteria-212 for the ale. Warp 1,550 covers the start and the finish. It pays 512,000 Raw \u03a3-<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"20951\">Tritanium<\/a>, 512,000 Raw \u03a3-Dilithium and the same 3,900 Romulan Credits and reputation. Low Spirits gives more than twice the Raw \u03a3-Dilithium and no Tritanium, so choose by the resource you are short on, or run both from the same pickup. At level 70, <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/daggers-of-chaos\/\">Daggers Of Chaos<\/a> from Renesa pays 1,224,000 Raw \u03a3-Tritanium and a U.S.S. Discovery Scale Replica at warp 1,700.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Expect two short fights in Morta-640. The agent&#8217;s ship is listed at about 13.4 billion strength and Nibath&#8217;s warbird at about 18.7 billion, both light for level 69.<\/p>\n<p>Between them you need 5 kills of level 69 or higher. The story frames them as Tal Shiar agents, and the wiki has a <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tal-shiar-agent\/\">Tal Shiar Agent<\/a> page, but any hostile at that level counts.<\/p>\n<p>The 1.15 million Raw \u03a3-Dilithium is the main reason to play this one.
