It needs warp 1 to start and to complete, has no fight and no travel, and the recommended level is 69. Just two levels higher, R&amp;D Department 71 already pays over a million Raw Gas, which shows how quickly building rewards grow in the 70s.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The 400 Ultra Recruit Tokens are the more useful half of this payout.
