Whistleblower is a three-part mission chain in which you try to expose the Aggregation. You contact Captain Cedar of Starfleet, gather evidence from Nero’s station, and present it to the Transogen Mining Committee summit in Andoria. All three parts are recommended for level 35, start at warp 1 and finish between warp 27 and warp 32. Rewards include a VIL Gul Dukat<\/a> shard, 188,000 Officer XP, 22,518,000 Parsteel<\/a> and 500 Romulanisch<\/a> Recruit Tokens. The fights are light, but Part 1’s 42M Parsteel repair bill is steep, and finishing the chain unlocks Carrot and Stick<\/a>.<\/p>\n
