The game lists a recommended level of 61, the mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 900 to complete, and it runs from Tel’Droht to Oprelian Eta and then Sol. In the far reaches of the Beta Quadrant the anomalies are worse than anything seen in the Origin Sector, and the cause turns out to be Q’s leftover installations.

Investigate the galactic east, in Tel’Droht.

Destroy the Tesseract, in Tel’Droht (enemy strength ~3,534,007,028).

Meet Q, in Oprelian Eta.

Defeat 3 hostiles of Level 60 or higher.

Speak with the Federation, in Sol.

The fight comes early.
