It drops Superior Kemocite, 70,000 to 336,000 per win. For crew, the fight rewards two things: officers that set the weapon Burning, which can stop its damage from stacking each round, and officers that Assimilate it, which can stop its lethal round-8 super shot. Finish it fast, because its damage grows 30% every round with no cap.

Xindi Final Weapon crew and strategy

This is an armada target with a single station hull, so there is no hull-counter triangle to work through and nothing to swap between levels. Bring your strongest ship or form an armada. The platform does not move, so you can pick your moment, but you cannot outrun its damage once the fight starts.

Two always-on abilities decide how you should crew for it:

Ability

Was es bewirkt

How to answer it

Kemocite Weaponry

At the end of every round, the weapon increases its weapon damage by 30%. The increase stacks with no limit.

If the weapon is Burning, there is a chance to prevent the increase. Officers that apply Burning to the enemy earn a seat.

Keine Gnade

Every 8th round, it fires its super weapon, dealing lethal damage to one ship.

If the weapon is Assimilated, there is a chance to prevent the shot. Officers that Assimilate the enemy earn a seat.

The practical plan: bring enough damage to end the fight inside seven rounds if you can, since that skips the super shot entirely and keeps the damage ramp short. If your ship cannot do that, fill the bridge with officers that apply Burning and Assimilated so both abilities have a chance to fail, and favor a hull tank over shield mitigation to soak the stacking Kinetic fire.

For the rest of the crew, the principle is a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles plus officers that add damage or mitigation. At levels 54 and 58 the cadet starter crew is long behind you, so build around your current best officers. See the Officer Tier List for current picks. Crews shift with the meta, so treat any named lineup as a starting point.

Rare Xindi Final Weapon locations

The Rare tier appears at two levels, each in its own system and behind a higher warp requirement. Five surviving branches (Primate, Arboreal, Reptilian, Insectoid and Aquatic) share a common origin after the Avian branch died out and their homeworld was destroyed. Misled by beings who claimed to know the future, the Xindi sent a probe that carved a deadly scar across Earth, then built a full-size superweapon to finish the job. The Final Weapon in the game borrows its name from that doomsday project.

Is the Rare Xindi Final Weapon worth grinding?

If you need Superior Kemocite, yes: the Rare tier is a steady source, and the level 58 spawn pays almost five times what level 54 does.
