It spawns as an Explorer at set levels from 40 to 65, patrols only Mirror systems such as Mirror Orion, Mirror Cita Laga, and Mirror Tholus, and drops Raw Omega-Trellium on every kill. A Battleship counters its Explorer hull. Plan for a quick kill, because it hull-breaches your ship the moment combat starts and profits from the breach every round after.

How to beat the Imperial Starfleet Ω-Cruiser

The Ω-Cruiser spawns only as an Explorer, so a Battleship is the right ship at every level. There is nothing to swap between tiers; what changes is scale, and the scale is brutal. Between level 40 and level 51 its total strength grows by a factor of about a hundred, and level 65 is another order of magnitude past that, so read the stat table before you chase a higher tier.

Its ability stack is the real danger. Deadlock puts a hull breach on your ship at the start of combat and keeps it there for the entire fight. Two linked effects then cash in on that breach: Dismantlement raises the Ω-Cruiser’s weapon damage by 20% for the round whenever the enemy starts the round hull breached, and Photophobia raises its Isolytic Damage by 10% under the same condition. Since Deadlock guarantees you stay breached, treat both boosts as always on. Every extra round is a round of amplified incoming damage, so stalling costs you. Bring enough firepower to end the fight early and expect hull repairs afterward.

Crew it like any hostile grind: a captain who boosts weapon damage against hostiles, backed by Offiziere who add damage or keep your ship alive longer. Level 40 and up is well past the cadet-crew stage, so field your strongest hostile hunters and check the officer tier list for current picks. Crews shift with the meta, so treat any named combo as a starting point rather than a fixed answer.

Where to find the Imperial Starfleet Ω-Cruiser

The Ω-Cruiser lives only in Mirror Universe space, and its tiers sort neatly by warp range.
