It can be accepted at warp 1 and needs warp 70 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The officer&#8217;s ship is about 1.37 million strength. The reward is 380 Klingon Recruit Tokens, and finishing it unlocks Futility.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Voice_of_Reason_objectives\"><\/span>Voice of Reason objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line asks you to get Klingon civilians to safety. There are five objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Talk to the Klingons about evacuation. Location: B&#8217;Oh.<\/li>\n<li>Evacuate Klingon civilians. Location: B&#8217;Oh.<\/li>\n<li>Bring the evacuees somewhere safe. Location: Stradania.<\/li>\n<li>Disable the Klingon Officer&#8217;s ship. Location: B&#8217;Oh. None of them are part of the mission.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Save your ship&#8217;s health for the officer. The evacuation steps involve no fighting, so you can arrive back in B&#8217;Oh at full strength.<\/p>\n<p>Any combat ship that handles 1.4 million strength targets can finish this mission; it is a good warm-up for the stronger B&#8217;Oh fights in Revolutions.<\/p>\n<p>Spend the Klingon Recruit Tokens on officer recruitment.
