Upgrade Shipyard: Level 3 is one of the first station missions in Star Trek Fleet Command. Its only objective is to raise your Shipyard to level 3. It needs just warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 75 Tritanium, and completing it unlocks Construct Drydock B, the mission for your second drydock.
