It needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 600,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11525\">Tritanium<\/a>, and finishing it unlocks Upgrade Parsteel Warehouse to Level 27. Shipyard 28 is also one of the three <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/gebaude\/\"   title=\"Geb\u00e4ude\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11528\">Geb\u00e4ude<\/a> Operations 29 needs, so this mission is part of the push to Operations 29.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upgrade_Shipyard_Level_28_objectives\"><\/span>Upgrade Shipyard: Level 28 objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line says to upgrade the Shipyard to gain access to new and more powerful ships. There is one objective and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upgrade Shipyard to Level 28.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is no system, hostile or donation. The mission completes when the Shipyard reaches level 28.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Warp 1 to start and to complete, and no pickup system. It all happens on your station. The recommended level is listed as 1, but the upgrade is the only thing that decides when you finish.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upgrade_Shipyard_Level_28_rewards\"><\/span>Upgrade Shipyard: Level 28 rewards<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission pays 600,000 Tritanium. Completing it also unlocks the next mission in the station chain, Upgrade <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16454\">Parsteel<\/a> Warehouse to Level 27.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_Shipyard_28_matters\"><\/span>Why Shipyard 28 matters<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Operations 29 requires Shipyard 28, Parsteel Warehouse 27 and <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/science-class-officers\/\"   title=\"Beauftragte f\u00fcr die wissenschaftliche Klasse\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11530\">Wissenschaft<\/a> Lab 28. Ship Construction Speed and Tier Up Speed are both 51% at level 25 and 69% at level 30.
