It starts and finishes at warp 1, the game lists a recommended level of 1, and no ship needs to leave dock. The reward is 50,500 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"13011\">Tritanium<\/a> and two 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups, and finishing it unlocks the Shipyard level 25 mission. It is a solid payout for an upgrade you need anyway.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upgrade_R_D_Department_to_Level_25_objectives\"><\/span>Upgrade R&amp;D Department to Level 25 objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission&#8217;s story line notes that the R&amp;D Department unlocks further upgrades for the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/werft\/\"   title=\"Shipyard\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16509\">Shipyard<\/a> and your ships. There is one objective and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upgrade R&amp;D Department to Level 25.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No system, hostile or donation is involved.
