It needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade itself is the only real requirement. The reward is 1,400 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12594\">Tritanium<\/a> and two 3 Minute Repair Speed Ups, and finishing it unlocks the R&amp;D Department level 13 mission. It is free value for an upgrade you would make anyway.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upgrade_Operations_to_Level_13_objectives\"><\/span>Upgrade Operations to Level 13 objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission&#8217;s story line describes Operations as the home of the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kommandozentrale\/\"   title=\"Kommandozentrale\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12592\">command center<\/a> and the station&#8217;s main computer. There is a single objective and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upgrade Operations to Level 13.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No system is named, no hostile appears and nothing is donated. The mission clears when Operations reaches level 13.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Warp 1 to start, warp 1 to complete, and no pickup system. The whole mission happens on your station, so no ship has to leave dock.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is listed as 1. The real gate is the upgrade itself, which has its own building requirements and cost.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Operations_13_costs\"><\/span>What Operations 13 costs<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Current game data lists the Operations level 13 upgrade at 600 Tritanium, 32,640 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12593\">Parsteel<\/a> and 120 Dilithium, with an unboosted build time of 19 hours. It requires <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/werft\/\"   title=\"Shipyard\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12591\">Shipyard<\/a> 12 and Refinery 6, so those two buildings are what usually hold players back at this point.<\/p>\n<p>The mission reward is 1,400 Tritanium, which is more than double the Tritanium the upgrade asks for. From level 16 the Tritanium reward starts to climb faster, reaching 7,000 by level 17.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spend the Tritanium on the next upgrade. Operations 14 asks for 825 Tritanium, and this reward alone covers it.<\/p>\n<p>Check the requirements before you queue anything. Shipyard 12 and <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/raffinerie\/\"   title=\"Raffinerie\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16231\">Raffinerie<\/a> 6 have to be in place first, so build those while you wait on other timers.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the two 3 Minute Repair Speed Ups for a quick turnaround after a hostile fight.
