It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 205 to complete, and the one big cost is 10 million <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17642\">Dilithium<\/a> to power the device. There is no fight. The reward is 6,020,834,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17641\">Parsteel<\/a>, 150 15 Hour Speed Ups and 2,500 Ship XP, and finishing it unlocks In the Failures of the Past. The Parsteel alone makes it worth the Dilithium.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unfortunate_Realities_objectives\"><\/span>Unfortunate Realities objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line is short: test the tachyonic pulse. There are three objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approach the vacuum. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/vakuum-epizentrum\/\">Vakuum-Epizentrum<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Ionize 10M Dilithium to power the device.<\/li>\n<li>Activate the tachyon pulse. Location: Vacuum Epicenter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You fly out to the Vacuum Epicenter, pay the Dilithium, and trigger the pulse. No hostile is listed at any step.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 205 to complete. <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/der-vakuum\/\">The Vacuum<\/a> Epicenter is the only location, so the warp is the long trip out and nothing more.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 51. If you run the two back to back, the earlier mission covers the cost of this one.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Check your Dilithium before you fly out. The ionize step is the only real cost, and running short at the Vacuum Epicenter means a trip home or a wait.<\/p>\n<p>Send any ship with warp 205. Nothing here needs combat stats.<\/p>\n<p>The 150 15 Hour Speed Ups add up to 2,250 hours, more than 93 days of timer. At level 51 those are best kept for the longest building or research upgrades.<\/p>\n<p>In the Failures of the Past, the next mission, pays a Data shard.
