It needs only warp 1 to start and complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the only gate is gathering the messages. There are two objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect 40 Federation Messages.<\/li>\n<li>Donate 40 Federation Messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No system is named and no fight is scripted.
