It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 160 to complete, running through Unarri, Talora and Maumo. You clear 10 hostiles of level 47 or higher and defeat a NewTropix agent of about 10.5 million strength. The reward is 14,300,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17800\">Dilithium<\/a> and 195,000 Officer XP. It follows Speaking Out and pays more of the same two rewards.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Speaking_Out_II_objectives\"><\/span>Speaking Out II objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line reads: the whistleblower needs your help again. There are five objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defeat 10 hostiles of Level 47 or higher in Unarri. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/unarri-48-neutral\/\">Unarri<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Get proof of NewTropix&#8217;s criminal activities. Location: Unarri.<\/li>\n<li>Meet with the journalist. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/talora-48-neutral\/\">Talora<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat the NewTropix agent. Location: Talora. Enemy strength about 10,476,166.<\/li>\n<li>Help Masin disappear. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/maumo-47-neutral\/\">Maumo<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You start in Unarri with the 10 kills and gather proof against NewTropix. Then you meet the journalist in Talora, where the NewTropix agent attacks, and finish by helping Masin disappear in Maumo.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 160 to complete. Unarri and Talora are level 48 systems and Maumo is level 47, all <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/neutral-faction-officers\/\"   title=\"Neutrale Fraktionsoffiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17799\">neutral<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 48. It needs warp 160 to start as well as to complete, and it pays 12,100,000 Dilithium and 165,000 Officer XP. Speaking Out II starts from warp 1 instead and raises both rewards: 2,200,000 more Dilithium and 30,000 more Officer XP.<\/p>\n<p>Taken together, the two <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/missionsleitfaden\/\"   title=\"Star Trek Fleet Command Dienstreisen\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17798\">Missionen<\/a> pay 26,400,000 Dilithium and 360,000 Officer XP, which is a solid return at level 48. The mission pays no faction points, so it has no reputation cost.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Clear the 10 hostiles in Unarri first. The objective names that system, so kills elsewhere will not count, and the proof step unlocks only after them.<\/p>\n<p>Repair before meeting the journalist in Talora. The NewTropix agent is the next step, and at about 10.5 million strength it is the fight that decides the mission.<\/p>\n<p>The last step in Maumo has no fight, so you can finish on a damaged ship. Put the 195,000 Officer XP into an officer you are actively levelling.
