You pick it up in Cita Laga, find the sanctuary and hand over 10,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"19545\">Parsteel<\/a>. It needs warp 11, there is no fight, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. Once you find the sanctuary, the donation completes it. Forced Out and The Excavation of Cita Laga each pay 5,000 Parsteel, so running both earns back the 10,000 you give away here.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Check your Parsteel first. The donation is the final step, and 10,000 is a meaningful amount for the early game, so make sure it will not delay an upgrade you care about.<\/p>\n<p>Any ship can run this. With no combat, a survey ship already out mining can take the mission on without going home.<\/p>\n<p>Pair it with the other Cita Laga missions to make the trip worthwhile.
