Safety First is a level 29 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you hear Khan’s pitch. It opens at warp 1 and needs warp 20 to complete, with a meeting in Seevor followed by a hostile hunt: defeat 15 hostiles of level 27 or higher. There is no single scripted fight, so the grind is the main job. The reward is 289,000 Tritanium and 27 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups, and finishing it unlocks Profit Before People.<\/p>\n

The meeting in Seevor is travel only. Once you have heard Khan out, the mission turns into a kill count: 15 hostiles, each at level 27 or above. No system is named for that step, so any qualifying hostiles in range count toward it.<\/p>\n
After the fifteenth kill, you head back to your station and the mission closes.<\/p>\n
Safety First becomes available at warp 1 and no pickup system is named. Finishing it needs warp 20, which covers the trip to Seevor.<\/p>\n
The recommended level is 29. Because the hostile objective accepts level 27 and higher, a ship that can comfortably clear level 27 hostiles is enough, and you can pick the easiest targets that still count.<\/p>\n
