It needs only warp 1, has nothing to fight, and pays 750 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"19446\">Parsteel<\/a> and a Relocation Token. One build clears both, so the upgrade pays 750 Parsteel, 50 Tritanium and the Relocation Token together.<\/p>\n<p>The mission before Rising is <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/gavolars-wager\/\">Gavolars Wette<\/a>, where you confront the Nausicaan bounty hunter Gavolar for 20 Recruit Tokens, 15 Ship XP and a 3 minute speed up.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Spend the 750 Parsteel on your next upgrade. It is six times the 125 Parsteel that Operations 4 costs.<\/p>\n<p>Hold the Relocation Token until you know where you want your station.
