It follows Reprisal and needs warp 13 to complete. You warn the Romulans in Kaikara, fight off the USS Michigan, escort Kumak to the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulanisch\/\"   title=\"Romulanische Fraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14257\">Romulanisch<\/a> colony on Tozuu and defeat the Vulcan Vahklas. The reward is three Nero shards, a 12 Hour Speed Up and a small Romulan reputation gain. Together with Reprisal, it adds up to six Nero shards.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Revenge_Begets_Revenge_objectives\"><\/span>Revenge Begets Revenge objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Four objectives, no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warn the Romulans in the Kaikara system. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kaikara\/\">Kaikara<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat the USS Michigan. Location: Kaikara. Enemy strength is roughly 39,484.<\/li>\n<li>Take Kumak to the Romulan colony on Tozuu. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/vvaria-21-romulan\/\">V'varia<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat the Vulcan <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/vahklas\/\"   title=\"Vahklas Entdeckerschiff\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16557\">Vahklas<\/a>. Enemy strength is roughly 17,996.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first fight is the harder one. When you arrive in Kaikara to warn the Romulans, the USS Michigan is there at around 39,500 strength. After that you carry <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kumak\/\">Kumak<\/a> to Tozuu in V&#8217;varia, where the Vulcan Vahklas waits at less than half that strength. Beating the Vahklas ends the mission; there is no return-to-station step.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There is no pickup system and the mission can be accepted from warp 1. Completing it needs warp 13, which covers Kaikara and V&#8217;varia. The game lists a recommended level of 1. Revenge Begets Revenge is the payback. Both <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/missionsleitfaden\/\"   title=\"Star Trek Fleet Command Dienstreisen\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14255\">Missionen<\/a> carry identical reputation lines: 250 Romulan Points, with 132 Federation and 88 Klingon Points taken away. The main fight in each sits just under 40,000 strength, so the same ship can handle both.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Run the two missions back to back if you are building Nero. Three shards from each gives six in total, and the fights are similar enough that you will not need a different ship.<\/p>\n<p>The reputation changes are small at 250 Romulan Points, but they point toward the Romulans. If you are protecting Federation or Klingon standing, the losses here are minor.<\/p>\n<p>Use the 12 Hour Speed Up on a longer build rather than a short research timer.
