It starts and finishes at warp 1, and the game lists a recommended level of 51. The reward is 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens. It follows the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/operationen\/\"   title=\"Operations\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14695\">Operations<\/a> 51 mission, and the upgrade behind it marks the point where R&amp;D upgrade costs move from 4\u2605 to 5\u2605 refined gas.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"R_D_Department_Level_51_objectives\"><\/span>R&amp;D Department Level 51 objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line reads: Upgrade to R&amp;D Department Level 51. Level 50 cost 149.9 billion Parsteel and 551 million Dilithium with no refined gas at all, and levels 45 to 49 used 4\u2605 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/uncommon-officers\/\"   title=\"Uncommon-Offiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14698\">Ungew\u00f6hnlich<\/a> and Rare Refined Gas. It is the requirement most likely to be overlooked next to Operations and <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/akademie\/\"   title=\"Akademie\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16818\">Akademie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Start stockpiling 5\u2605 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/common-officers\/\"   title=\"Common-Offiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16817\">Gemeinsame<\/a> Refined Gas early.
