It is a single fight at about 1,400 strength. The game lists warp 1 to start and to complete. The reward is 6,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"25417\">Parsteel<\/a> and 600 Officer XP, and finishing it unlocks Data Structure Overhaul.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Puppeteer_objectives\"><\/span>Puppeteer objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ein Ziel, ohne Verzweigung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defeat Thrapp. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/whinnul-9-neutral\/\">Whinnul<\/a> (enemy strength about 1,392).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thrapp is the named leader of the pirates, and beating him is the whole mission. Puppeteer starts after Black Market Blood, and the game lists warp 1 both to start and to complete. The fight takes place in Whinnul.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 8. Data Structure Overhaul, next, is a station upgrade that pays 9,000 Parsteel. Puppeteer is the combat step between them.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Any combat ship on level can handle Thrapp. At about 1,400 strength he is a small fight, so there is no need to wait for upgrades.<\/p>\n<p>Look ahead to the next fight. After Data Structure Overhaul, the storyline sends you to <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/sicherheits-sweep\/\">Sicherheitsdurchsuchung<\/a>, where you patrol Weh at warp 5 and defeat 5 hostiles for 5,000 Parsteel, 1\u2605 ship parts and 4 Barot shards. The Parsteel from Puppeteer and Data Structure Overhaul together, 15,000 in all, is a good base for the upgrades that come in between.<\/p>\n<p>Whinnul also appears in <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/relais-netz\/\">Relais-Netzwerk<\/a>, a level 14 errand to make a relay connection on Phosba.
