Starfleet needs an outside party for a secret operation in the Neutral Zone, so you scout Nelvana for General Molvak, destroy a <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulanisch\/\"   title=\"Romulanische Fraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12421\">Romulanisch<\/a> Battleship of about 2.4 million strength, and report back to the Admiral. The mission is picked up in Alpha Centauri and needs warp 47 to start and to complete. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but the warp and the battleship are the real bar. The headline reward is 15,000,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"12426\">Parsteel<\/a> and fifteen 3 Hour Speed Ups.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Public_Relations_objectives\"><\/span>Public Relations objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Three objectives across two systems, with no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Scout Nelvana for General Molvak. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/nelvana-star-system\/\">Nelvana<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Destroy the Romulan Battleship. Location: Nelvana. Enemy strength is roughly 2,423,081.<\/li>\n<li>Return to the Admiral. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/alpha-centauri\/\">Alpha Centauri<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The job is short. You fly from Alpha Centauri to Nelvana, scout it, and a Romulan Battleship guards the system. Beating it is the only fight. It is also the only one paying general speed ups.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bring your best battleship and a full hull. The Romulan Battleship is the only thing standing between you and the reward, and at 2.4 million strength it will punish a ship that arrives damaged.<\/p>\n<p>Save the 3 Hour Speed Ups. Fifteen of them add up to 45 hours, which is most useful on a long building or research job at this stage of the game.<\/p>\n<p>Put the Parsteel toward station upgrades. For scale, the R&amp;D Department&#8217;s level 30 upgrade costs 15.9M Parsteel, so this reward nearly covers an upgrade of that size by itself.<\/p>\n<p>Mind the Klingon loss.
