You meet Yorke in Belmont, track a partially assimilated ship to Sentosa, disable it, then bring the optical array to Yorke in Dela. It is picked up in Dela, needs warp 185 to start and warp 205 to complete, and the one fight is a Borg ship at roughly 13.8 million strength. You then find the partially assimilated ship in Sentosa and disable it, which is the only fight.
