It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 8 to finish, with stops at Risa, Orion Prime and Yridia and no combat. The reward is 200 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"18184\">Dilithium<\/a> and an Orion Manifest, and completing it unlocks Restructuring. Location: Orion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The investigation begins with the authorities on Risa and leads to Underboss Arvent on Orion Prime. From there you blackmail Dollen Vohs on Yridia, then report the result back to Arvent.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Warp 1 to start and warp 8 to complete, with no pickup system. Risa, Orion and Yridia are the three systems, and you visit Orion twice.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 14. Motives adds only 200 Dilithium to its manifest, so its main value is the story progress. Restructuring, recommended for level 16, sits between Motives and Insurgents.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Plan the route as Risa, Orion, Yridia, Orion. You have to return to Orion Prime at the end, so there is no shortcut, but no fight slows you down either.<\/p>\n<p>Any ship that can reach warp 8 will do. Save your combat ship for <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/missionsleitfaden\/\"   title=\"Star Trek Fleet Command Dienstreisen\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"18182\">Missionen<\/a> that need it, since the next mission, Restructuring, has you deal with Arvent&#8217;s rival Hemtak and the story gets rougher from there.<\/p>\n<p>Orion Manifests come from many of the Orion missions at this level. <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/maultier\/\">Maultier<\/a>, picked up on Orion, is another quick one that pays a manifest.
