It can be picked up in 12 systems, including Baw and Estrada, and needs warp 5 to start and to finish. Letting Javaid go pays 1,900 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"18262\">Parsteel<\/a>; capturing Javaid pays a Grace Chen shard. Both choices add 20 Recruit Tokens and unlock A Fair Trial. It needs warp 5 to start and warp 5 to complete, and Javaid is found in Maluria.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 4.
