It is recommended for level 27, starts at warp 1 and needs warp 24 to complete. The chase runs from Valance to Orion and on to The Principium, with two fights at around 130,000 strength, and it ends back at your station where you scrap and rebuild your <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/stella\/\">Stella<\/a>. The reward is 33 Latinum and 28 3\u2605 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/uncommon-officers\/\"   title=\"Uncommon-Offiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11264\">Ungew\u00f6hnlich<\/a> Refined Crystal.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Intellectual_Property_objectives\"><\/span>Intellectual Property objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>There are eight objectives and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track down the spy. Location: Valance.<\/li>\n<li>Find Whelan. Location: Orion.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat the Orion bodyguard. Location: Orion. Enemy strength is roughly 129,975.<\/li>\n<li>Catch Whelan before it&#8217;s too late! Location: The Principium.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat Whelan. Location: The Principium. The first is a pursuit: you pick up the spy&#8217;s trail in Valance, find Whelan in Orion behind an Orion bodyguard, then chase Whelan to The Principium for the final fight. Instead of flying anywhere, you scrap the Stella and then rebuild it. The Stella is an uncommon, grade 3 Independent battleship, and the game&#8217;s own description of it fits the mission: it is built to be broken down into its components and reassembled with a new signature.<\/p>\n<p>For the rebuild step, the ship&#8217;s current data lists a Shipyard level 27 requirement, a base build cost of 800,000 Tritanium and 28,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"11263\">Dilithium<\/a>, and a 16-hour build time. Plan for those before you start the scrap step so the mission does not stall at the very end.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bring a combat ship for the chase. The Orion bodyguard and Whelan are both close to 130,000 strength, and they come in separate systems, so check your hull after the first fight before jumping to The Principium.<\/p>\n<p>Check your Stella before you set out. Two of the eight objectives involve it, and they are the last two, after all the travel and fighting is done, so the build requirements above are worth checking early.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/rennwagen\/\">Hei\u00dfer Schlitten<\/a> is a neighbouring mission in the same storyline.
