It can be picked up at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to finish. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/balrosh\/\">Balrosh<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat 15 hostiles of Level 27 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Let Mudd haggle?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 15 hostiles have no system attached, so any of level 27 or higher count. Then the seller names a price, and you decide whether Mudd tries to bargain.<\/p>\n<h3>Let Mudd haggle<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Donate 250,000 Dilithium.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the safe house.
