It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 64 to complete. The Officer is close to 2 million strength, and it comes right after the kill streak.<\/p>\n<p>Because the hostile objective does not name a system, you can pick level 39 or higher targets wherever your crew performs best.<\/p>\n<p>Each mission in this stretch costs over 170,000 Federation Points, so follow it only if Romulan standing is your goal.
