It needs only warp 1 to start and to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. There are no fixed systems and no scripted fights: you collect 27 Encrypted Messages and hand them over. The story line points you at Romulan Scouts for the intelligence, so that is where to hunt. No system is named for either step, which leaves you free to find Scouts wherever your ships already operate.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Both the start and the finish are listed at warp 1, and no pickup system is given. The mission itself never sends you anywhere, so the only travel is whatever it takes to reach the Scouts you hunt.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is listed as 1. That understates where this mission sits: it comes after Birds of a Feather, which needs warp 90, and leads into Zero Sum Game, which needs warp 85.
