It is picked up in <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/iapedes-36-romulanisch\/\">Iapedes<\/a> at warp 38 and needs warp 38 to complete. You find Eliana on <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/risa-7-neutral\/\">Risa<\/a>, then choose how to deal with her: destroy a Risian freighter, or defeat a Federation vessel. Both paths pay 400 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulanisch\/\"   title=\"Romulanische Fraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"10695\">Romulanisch<\/a> Credits and 60,000 Romulan Points. The rest ranges from 422,000 Dilithium to over 14 million Parsteel.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Empathy_objectives\"><\/span>Empathy objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The first two objectives are shared:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find Eliana on Risa. Location: Risa.<\/li>\n<li>Intimidate Eliana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After that the mission asks how you will deal with Eliana, and splits into two paths. Each has one fight in Risa and a return to Iapedes.<\/p>\n<h3>Path 1: destroy the freighter<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Destroy a nearby Risian freighter. Location: Risa. Enemy strength is roughly 652,792.<\/li>\n<li>Return to Operative Menra. The game lists a recommended level of 1. The choice rests on the other two lines and on which fight you can win.<\/p>\n<p>Path 1 is the easier fight. It pays 422,000 Dilithium and 280 3\u2605 Explorer Parts. The Explorer Parts only help if you are building an explorer, so the Dilithium is the part most players will feel.<\/p>\n<p>The Federation path is the harder fight and the bigger payout by volume. It pays 14,341,000 Parsteel and 17 3 Hour Speed Ups, which add up to 51 hours. If your ship can handle about 910,378 strength and you need Parsteel or speed ups, it is the stronger choice.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Decide your path before you reach Risa. The fight you face depends on your answer, and the two differ by more than a quarter of a million strength.<\/p>\n<p>Bring a combat ship to Risa either way.
