It has a recommended level of 29 and needs warp 24 to finish. There are no fights and no donations. Whichever plan you pick, you head home and the mission completes. Completing it needs warp 24, the range for Exchange Gamma. Both the scouting and the crew meeting happen there, so it is one trip out and one trip home.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 29. Around level 29, building upgrades regularly cost millions of Parsteel, and 2.48 million in one payment covers a real share of one.<\/p>\n<p>Follow Goon&#8217;s plan if you are short on Dilithium. Seventy-three thousand is smaller in raw numbers, but upgrades at this stage ask for far less Dilithium than Parsteel.
