Its one objective is to unlock Hull Density through research. The recommended level is 4, it needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the reward is 15 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"18778\">Dilithium<\/a>. Finishing it unlocks Negotiations. Its in-game description says it increases Hull Health for all ships, and it can be researched up to level 10.
