It asks you to defeat one hostile of level 3 or higher, runs at warp 1 from start to finish, and pays 8 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17091\">Dilithium<\/a> plus 1 <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/next-gen-troi\/\">N\u00e4chste Generation Troi<\/a> shard. Finishing it unlocks the next Combat Training step. The shard is the part of the reward that carries forward, since officer shards add up across missions.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Do it with whatever ship is out. A level 3 hostile is about as low a bar as the game sets, so there is no need to swap ships or crews for this one.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the Combat Training line moving.
