You defeat 10 hostiles of level 25 or higher, anywhere you like. It needs only warp 1 to start and finish, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 96,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14671\">Dilithium<\/a>, 85,000 Officer XP and 375 Premium Recruit Tokens, and completing it unlocks the Veteran step. Any hostile of level 25 or higher counts, so pick the nearest system with enough targets rather than chasing a specific one.<\/p>\n<p>Leave some hull for the Veteran step.
