The reward is 42,000 Dilithium, sixteen 1 Hour Speed Ups, 300 Ultra Recruit Tokens and 8 Rukor shards, and finishing it unlocks Combat Training 23: Rookie. This one has a single objective and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defeat the hostile captain. Enemy strength is roughly 39,484.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No system is named for the captain. Rookie and Soldier ask for more fights, while Veteran asks for one tougher fight.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_it_compares_with_level_21\"><\/span>How it compares with level 21<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Veteran tier one level down, <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kampf-ausbildung-21-veteran\/\">Kampftraining 21: Veteran<\/a>, sets a hostile captain at about 36,701 strength and pays 27,000 Dilithium, 14 1 Hour Speed Ups, 300 Ultra Recruit Tokens and 8 Vartoq shards. Level 22 raises the captain&#8217;s strength by under 3,000 while adding 15,000 Dilithium and two more speed ups.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Use Soldier as a warm-up. It comes right before Veteran in the chain, and its ten fights are a good test of whether your ship is ready for a target near 40,000 strength.<\/p>\n<p>Keep the sixteen 1 Hour Speed Ups for a long upgrade rather than spending them one at a time. The 8 Rukor shards go straight toward that officer.
