You defeat a single hostile captain at roughly 6,745 power, with warp 1 to start and finish and a recommended level of 1 listed by the game. The reward is 2,200 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/dilithium\/\"   title=\"Dilithium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"21827\">Dilithium<\/a>, ten 30 Minute Speed Ups and 2 Vartoq shards. Finishing it unlocks Combat Training 15: Rookie and moves you on to the next level of the chain.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Combat_Training_14_Veteran_objectives\"><\/span>Combat Training 14: Veteran objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line is shared by every combat training mission: test your skills in battle against escalating difficulties of hostile enemies. There is one objective and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defeat the hostile captain. Enemy strength is roughly 6,745.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unlike the Rookie and Soldier steps, which count any hostile of the right level, the Veteran step is a specific target. The mission assigns the hostile captain&#8217;s location when you take it on, so follow the mission marker to find it.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no fixed system. The warp listing is not a limit here; the captain&#8217;s strength is.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is listed as 1. The rewards keep pace: more Dilithium and two extra speed ups at each step.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_level_14_steps_together\"><\/span>The level 14 steps together<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Soldier step before this one, <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kampfausbildung-14-soldat\/\">Kampftraining 14: Soldat<\/a>, asks for 5 hostiles of level 14 or higher and pays 1,325 Dilithium, 9,500 Officer XP and 2 Vartoq shards. With the Veteran step that makes 4 Vartoq shards and 3,525 Dilithium for the pair.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Go in at full health. The captain is a single fight, but at around 6,745 power it hits harder than anything in the level 14 Soldier step.<\/p>\n<p>Save the speed ups for building or research timers rather than burning them on short jobs.
