The story line asks you to give Maia more power to develop the Station, and the one objective is to upgrade Operations to level 12. It needs only warp 1. The reward is 20,000 Parsteel, and finishing it unlocks Fatal Flaw. Operations 12 will not start until both are in place, and the Shipyard is usually the one that lags.<\/p>\n<p>The build takes 12 hours 48 minutes before speed-ups, so start it before a long break and collect the mission when you return.<\/p>\n<p>Fatal Flaw, the next mission, sends you out to warp 10, so have a ship ready to travel once Cognition is done.
