After meeting an information dealer in Willenia, you choose between confronting the Proconsul in Vendus A or hacking the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulanisch\/\"   title=\"Romulanische Fraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16347\">Romulanisch<\/a> database on Biruin. It can be accepted at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. Both paths pay Romulan Credits and Romulan Points; one adds Romulan Recruit Tokens, the other refined <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/erze\/\"   title=\"Roherz\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14771\">Erze<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chaos_and_Consequence_objectives\"><\/span>Chaos and Consequence objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Everyone starts with the same two steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet the Information Dealer in Willenia. Location: Willenia.<\/li>\n<li>Confront the Proconsul or erase your information from the Romulan database?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>If you confront the Proconsul<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Vendus A to confront the Proconsul. Location: Vendus A.<\/li>\n<li>Destroy 17 hostiles of Level 27 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Kill the Proconsul. Location: Vendus A. Enemy strength is roughly 104,274.<\/li>\n<li>Escape back to your Station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>If you hack into the Romulan database<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to the Data Center on Biruin. Location: Biruin.<\/li>\n<li>Destroy 17 hostiles of Level 27 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Vilevau to hack the Data Center. Location: Biruin.<\/li>\n<li>Destroy 17 hostiles of Level 28 or higher.<\/li>\n<li>Return to Vilevau to finish hacking the Data Center. Location: Biruin.<\/li>\n<li>Escape back to your Station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Proconsul path asks for 17 kills and one named fight. The database path has no named enemy but doubles the grind to 34 kills, the second batch at level 28 or higher.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The mission can be accepted at warp 1, but Willenia, Vendus A and <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/biruin\/\">Biruin<\/a> need warp 22 to complete it. The recommended level is listed as 1. Earlier in the same storyline, Repeat Business has you bring that data forger to Novix.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pick your path by what you want to fight. The Proconsul path is shorter but ends in a named battle; the database path avoids it at the cost of 17 extra kills.<\/p>\n<p>Repair before the Proconsul.
