You bring aid to an Independent colony on Angosia IV that the Separatists attacked, then take Yan&#8217;Agh to find where they are hiding. The game lists a recommended level of 1, it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 18, and there is no fight. The only cost is a 300K <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/parsteel\/\"   title=\"Parsteel\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17424\">Parsteel<\/a> donation. The reward is a set of speed-ups, and it unlocks We&#8217;re In This Together.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bystanders_objectives\"><\/span>Bystanders objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Three objectives, no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Survey the damage to the colony on Angosia IV. Location: Angosia.<\/li>\n<li>Provide 300K Parsteel for the rebuilding effort.<\/li>\n<li>Take Yan&#8217;Agh to find Separatists hiding on Angosia V. Location: Angosia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Everything happens in the Angosia system. You survey the damage on Angosia IV, pay toward rebuilding, then fly <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/yanagh\/\">Yan&#8217;Agh<\/a> to Angosia V to look for the Separatists. No hostile is listed for any step.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You can accept Bystanders at warp 1. The colony was hit by the <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/die-klingon-separatisten\/\">Klingon Separatists<\/a>, and this mission is where you start tracking where they are hiding.<\/p>\n<p>Keep 300K Parsteel on hand before you arrive. The donation is the second step, and the mission waits there until you pay.<\/p>\n<p>Any ship that reaches warp 18 will do, including a survey or mining hull, since nothing in the mission asks you to fight. That makes it an easy one to run with a ship that is otherwise idle.<\/p>\n<p>Save the 8 Hour Speed Ups for long building upgrades, where they cut the most time.
