You carry the shield to Rihala&#8217;s base in Er&#8217;Tama, then farm 15 kills anywhere at level 45 or higher. The donation is the second step, and nothing moves until it is paid.<\/p>\n<p>Farm the 15 kills wherever is quickest. The objective names no system, only a level floor of 45.<\/p>\n<p>Repair before the Romulan Commander. The fight comes after the kill grind, and at about 5.9 million it decides the mission.
