It starts and finishes at warp 1, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade is the whole task. The reward is 800 Ultra Recruit Tokens. That is one of the bigger token payouts in the station mission line, and it arrives on top of the officer stat bonus the Academy upgrade gives you.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Academy_Level_40_objectives\"><\/span>Academy Level 40 objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The story line reads: Upgrade to Academy Level 40. There is one objective and no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Upgrade to Academy Level 40.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No system is named and there is nothing to fight. Current building data lists these requirements for level 40: Operations 40 and <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/schrottplatz-2\/\">Scrapyard<\/a> 10.<\/p>\n<p>The upgrade costs about 8.6 billion Parsteel and 15,000 4\u2605 Common Refined <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/erze\/\"   title=\"Roherz\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"13977\">Erze<\/a>, and it takes about 64 days 15 hours unboosted.<\/p>\n<p>The officer stat bonus is listed at 40% at level 40 and rises to 55% at level 45. It only needs Operations 41, but it adds 2,000 4\u2605 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tag\/uncommon-officers\/\"   title=\"Uncommon-Offiziere\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"13980\">Ungew\u00f6hnlich<\/a> Refined Ore to the bill, costs about 8.77 billion Parsteel, and takes about 60 days 14 hours.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_it_sits_in_the_station_mission_line\"><\/span>Where it sits in the station mission line<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This mission follows <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/upgrade-operationen-auf-stufe-39\/\">Upgrade der Operationen auf Stufe 39<\/a>, which pays 10,000,000 Tritanium and three 3 Hour Repair Speed Ups. The mission after it, Upgrade R&amp;D Department to Level 40, pays 10,000,000 <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"13979\">Tritanium<\/a> and four 3 Hour Repair Speed Ups. Academy 40 is the token-paying step between two Tritanium ones.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Check the Scrapyard. Scrapyard 10 is an easy requirement to overlook next to <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/operationen\/\"   title=\"Operations\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"16550\">Operations<\/a> 40.<\/p>\n<p>Plan for the whole Academy run. Levels 41, 43 and 45 add another 2,700 Ultra Recruit Tokens between them, so the tokens from this mission are the first of a steady supply.
