After a tactical briefing with Captain Beckett, you choose whether to intimidate the Klingons&#8217; Gorn allies or the Romulans&#8217; Corvallen allies, delivering a warning and then defeating a guard of about 7.4 million strength. The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 120 to complete. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but warp 120 and the guard fight are the real bar. Both paths pay 900 4\u2605 Common ship parts and a large <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/foderation\/\"   title=\"F\u00f6derationsfraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"13199\">F\u00f6deration<\/a> standing gain.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Word_of_Discouragement_objectives\"><\/span>A Word of Discouragement objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Two shared objectives come first:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend the tactical briefing with Captain Beckett on Thesos. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/izbrig-45-neutral\/\">Izbrig<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose which supporting faction to intimidate. This is the choice split.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Intimidate the Gorn<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver the warning to the Gorn on Kagil. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/annalu\/\">Annalu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Defeat the Gorn guard. Location: <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/chkmulk-47-klingonisch\/\">Ch&#8217;Kmulk<\/a>. The briefing is in Izbrig. The Gorn path then runs through Annalu and Ch&#8217;Kmulk; the Corvallen path stays in Veisa for both steps.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is listed as 1. Pick by ship part type: Explorer parts from the Gorn path, Battleship parts from the Corvallen path.<\/p>\n<p>The fights are almost the same strength, with the Corvallen guard about 68,000 points stronger. The Corvallen path is simpler to fly, since both of its steps are in Veisa, while the Gorn path adds a second system.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_it_sits_in_the_story\"><\/span>Where it sits in the story<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A Word of Discouragement follows <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/kalhyah\/\">Kal'Hyah<\/a>, where you bombard a Kal&#8217;Hyah ceremony alongside Captain Beckett, and leads into <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/gegenseitigkeit\/\">Hubarbeitsb\u00fchne<\/a>, where the Klingons retaliate. Kal&#8217;Hyah needs warp 160 and Reciprocation warp 170, so this mission is the lowest warp of the three. Reciprocation also asks for a 33M <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/tritanium\/\"   title=\"Tritanium\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"13200\">Tritanium<\/a> donation and a fight against Grenon of about 7,227,080.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tips\"><\/span>Tips<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Watch the Klingon loss.
