The game lists a recommended level of 1, it is picked up in Yadow at warp 18, and it needs warp 18 to complete. There are no fights: you carry a message and a shipment of gagh between Khitomer and Azha. The reward is 5,000 Ship XP, 35,000 Officer XP, 150 Klingon Credits and Klingon reputation.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Matter_of_Delicacy_objectives\"><\/span>A Matter of Delicacy objectives<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Three objectives, no choice split:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver a message to General Tavrak on Khitomer. Location: Khitomer.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver the shipment of gagh to the <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/romulanisch\/\"   title=\"Romulanische Fraktion\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17516\">Romulanisch<\/a> Ambassador. Location: Azha.<\/li>\n<li>Return to Tavrak. Location: Khitomer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You start with General Tavrak on Khitomer, take the gagh to the Romulan Ambassador in Azha and come back to report. It is a courier run from start to finish.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_and_what_warp\"><\/span>Wo und welcher Warp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A Matter of Delicacy is picked up in <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/yadow-25-klingonisch\/\">Yadow<\/a> and needs warp 18 to start and to complete.<\/p>\n<p>The recommended level is 1. No hostile is listed, so reaching warp 18 is the only requirement.<\/p>\n<p>The route is Yadow to Khitomer, Khitomer to Azha, and back to Khitomer. It is one of the few Klingon missions at this range that asks for no combat and no <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/ressourcen\/\"   title=\"Star Trek Fleet Command Resources\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"17515\">Ressourcen<\/a> at all.<\/p>\n<p>The XP rewards are the reason to run it. 35,000 Officer XP and 5,000 Ship XP for three travel steps is good value at the level where warp 18 is within reach.<\/p>\n<p>Send the ship you want the Ship XP on. The XP goes to the ship that completes the mission, so pick one you are still levelling rather than your most advanced hull.<\/p>\n<p>No fighting means any ship with warp 18 range can do it, including a survey ship.<\/p>\n<p>The reputation swing is small, 3,100 Klingon Points against 2,579 Romulan Points lost, so it will not move your standing much either way.<\/p>\n<p>If you run <a href=\"https:\/\/star-trek-fleet-command.1337wiki.com\/de\/klingonisch\/\">Klingonisch<\/a> missions around Khitomer, this one fits alongside them, since two of its three steps are there.
